FiBEST is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Valladolid, Spain.

We run FiBEST, the employment forum in Castilla y León that has been held without interruption since 1999.

This year we presented the 23rd edition of this forum, which was held on 13 March 2024 at Campus Esgueva, opposite the Economics building. We have a unique characteristic in that the forum is organized by the students themselves; it was created, developed and implemented by the students. We have the support of public institutions including the University of Valladolid, the City Council of Valladolid, and the Junta de Castilla y León through the ECYL public employment service. We celebrate FiBEST every year in mid-March, and if you could not participate this year, save the date for the next edition. We include job search, personnel selection, teamwork, leadership of teams, industrial forum, BEST, administration and management of enterprises, promotion, engineering, project management, online promotion, university–industry–student connection, and curriculum assessment.
