We are FJ Inspiradores de Metas, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We raise awareness among your staff through talks and online information materials on people with disabilities (SPD). We offer consultancy and advisory services on the current status of your company's compliance with laws related to people with disabilities; additionally, we train in Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Monitoring of People with Disabilities (SPD), Managerial Leadership, Coaching, General Accounting, and Auditing I and Auditing II.

Our experience spans the HR subsystems, including payroll processing, staff training, organizational development, motivational events, and industrial safety, as well as Recruitment and Selection. In each area we develop formats and manuals of norms and procedures.
