We offer chain-focused HR support that covers recruitment, training, payroll, administration, quality control, and IT, along with management of HR and recruitment systems. We develop and implement policies and procedures, salary processes including 3P and P&L considerations, manage the training system and workforce development, and aim to optimize COL metrics to support effective P&L control. We also manage IT systems and provide solutions to optimize equipment costs. Pricing is 5 million per store.
