Fortuna Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1979 and are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We began with a belief that a recruitment agency should be honest and ethical and do more than just place candidates. We aim to improve our candidates’ lives and help build companies through recruitment.

We deliver recruitment services through recruitment solutions and have historically provided a high level of care to job seekers, while serving a diverse client base across multiple industry sectors.

We operate in Sri Lanka, with locations in Colombo and Negambo.

We still retain the original founding principles based on quality and customer service, and we continue to work with many candidates and clients who have stayed with us for several years.
