FREMOGRUPPEN is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Trondheim, Norway.

We are an experienced partner in recruitment, advisory and staffing, serving organizations across Norway in private, municipal and public sectors, with a focus on leadership and senior positions. We also provide governance recruitment to assist companies in recruiting board chairs and board members. Our board candidates have experience and expertise across leadership roles, industries and areas. Over time, we have built a broad network in both the private and public sectors.

We deliver staffing, recruitment and advisory services through a process-focused approach. We work with clients to understand needs, identify suitable candidates and support decision‑making. We maintain robust routines for occupational safety and health and always follow applicable laws, regulations and ethical guidelines. We are certified as Revidert Arbeidsgiver through our membership in NHO (Audited Employer).
