Fresco Select, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We are specialists in the industry and speak the language of retail. We believe in sustainable HR solutions and strive for long-term and intensive collaboration. We provide structured, tailored solutions to help our clients and candidates achieve their ambitions, based on our broad expertise, experience in the industry, and global network.

We deliver training and coaching on a tailored basis, with programs that cover personal effectiveness, personal leadership, and communication, as well as individual coaching. Since 2018 we expanded with Training and Assessment, and we continue to offer these services. Assessment, offline and online, has long been in our DNA and is now available in tailored forms for individuals or groups.

We provide recruitment and selection for commercial vacancies at bachelor- and master-level, with a focus on retail, e-commerce, wholesale and brands. We bring 25 years of experience in executive search and assessments, and we maintain an extensive network in the Netherlands and internationally. We also work with NIP psychologists and offer Training & Coaching as well as Assessment, both offline and online.

We operate in the Netherlands and Belgium.
