Fundación CV Pacto Empleo

Fundación CV Pacto Empleo Valencia (FCVPE) is a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Valencia, Spain.

We were created by the City Hall of Valencia (Spain) in 2005, aiming at improving the labour position of people with fewer opportunities. We work mainly with disabled people, young people, immigrants, female workers and long-term unemployed people. Over the years we have developed many training projects to improve the skills of these groups, making it easier for them to find employment in the labor market.

We help disabled people to find a job through different training methods. For example, we train disabled people in traditional crafts, such as the production of handmade articles of pottery, and handmade articles of traditional glass. Additionally, we train disabled people in digitalization systems and documentary management.

Our specialties include human resources, training and counselling, educational programs, and European projects.

We operate in Spain.

We were created to improve the labour position of people with fewer opportunities, and we continue to develop training projects to improve the skills of these groups, helping them to find employment in the labor market.
