Fundación Gaztelan Fundazioa is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Pamplona, Spain.

We are a social economy organization that supports social and labor inclusion for people experiencing vulnerability or exclusion, through itineraries of individualized accompaniment for access to the labor market and for improving participation in social life. We provide training and labor intermediation, promote the creation of social economy enterprises, and collaborate and participate in networks of Navarre's associative fabric.

We deliver our services through structured processes that accompany individuals toward employment and greater social participation, combining individualized guidance with training and labor intermediation, and engaging with networks across Navarre.
