We are Furseti-فرصتي, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kuwait.

We simplify the job search process with a modern app that reliably connects job seekers with suitable opportunities, helping advance careers and avoid settling for the wrong positions.

We deliver our services by supporting job seekers with advanced criteria and an in-depth search to generate more relevant matches and an easier path to finding the most suitable positions and connecting with ideal employers. For employers and headhunters, we base notifications on specific criteria to make searches more efficient and reliable. We enable video-based vetting by allowing employers to request a one-minute video from job seekers and by enabling job seekers to respond to technical questions via video. The app is easy to use, accessible with user-friendly controls, more than six languages, and with filters and tools that make the job search and candidate identification smoother.
