Futurexecutives is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

We were formed to create role models for the next generation of leaders needed by the Turkish business world, focusing on leadership and assessment systems.

We have been living in a VUCA world for some time, and we are working to adapt to the requirements brought by Industry 4.0. The rules and dynamics of the business world are changing; we face uncertainties, and we are making bold investments to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. The risks we must take are greater than ever, and the steps we must take are bolder. Under these conditions, we need a new generation of leaders who can sustain success.

We operate in Turkey.

Through the project we aim to discover potential leaders with the competencies of the future using scientific methods. We work to increase personal awareness of strengths and development areas among these leaders and to develop these talents.
