Galileo Co., Ltd. 株式会社ガリレオ, we are a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

We are an outsourcing company specialized in the engineering field (mechanical, electrical, software and IT, R&D, machinery, automotive, and aerospace). We also have a database of standard office workers and other professionals. We hire skilled professionals for contract and dispatch works on our clients' premises, on long term permanent contracts with our company. Due to a huge need of the Japanese market for foreign specialists, around 15% of our employees are people from outside Japan. That is why we have a strong support system for our foreign employees from around the globe, including visa support, transfer and relocation support, accommodation allowance and travelling allowance. Throughout the year we constantly conduct hearings at their workplaces, so that each and everyone feels comfortable working and living in Japan. We deliver our services by deploying skilled professionals for contract and dispatch on client premises, and by supporting long-term placements with our company. We provide ongoing support to foreign staff and conduct workplace hearings to monitor comfort and fit.
