We are a nationally active network for dual vocational education. Our instruments, procedures, and services focus on career choice and the recruitment of aspiring young talents. Our business model rests on three pillars: orient, assess, and bring together.

We provide a range of services related to career guidance and recruitment. Our BERUFSKATALOG and BERUFSBILDER career guidance media (70,000 copies) have been distributed on request to schools in the German- and French-speaking parts of Switzerland for more than 30 years. The teaching materials are used in career guidance lessons, and advertisers and providers of apprenticeship positions receive targeted attention. The WayFi® career choice analysis is online and free to use, and is conducted annually for more than 20,000 youths to clarify interests. The Multicheck® is a major employment-related aptitude assessment in Switzerland with about 30,000 administrations per year. In addition to cognitive and job-related abilities, personality traits are considered in the recruitment process, and we have developed IdentyFi®, a personality assessment for youths with Swiss normative data, developed in alignment with DIN 33430. Following a WayFi® or Multicheck® assessment, youths receive an applicant profile on gateway.one. This can be expanded into a digital application file, and youths can apply online for the advertised positions. Companies can make their apprenticeship vacancies accessible to a large number of youths. A feature is that parents and teachers can accompany their children or students in the online recruitment process.
