Genixa is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We were founded with the mission to help people enter the labor market. Our main strength lies in the active voluntary involvement of professionals from the commercial sector, especially specialists in human resources, recruitment, and selection, who engage directly with those who need help finding work the most.

This direct interaction takes place through nonprofit training programs and personal assistance in obtaining employment. Our professionals use the latest practices and trends in the labor market and seek to share their experience with those who find it difficult to find work.
