We are GeoJob, a privately held employment agency operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in San Donato Milanese, Italy.

We are the first and only employment agency dedicated exclusively to the construction, engineering and plant services sectors. We provide continuous support to our partner companies throughout the recruitment process and beyond. With a decade of experience in the sector, we aim to accompany our candidates to positions that align with their growth ambitions. We have cultivated a valuable network that helps us find the right person at the right time, and we leverage geolocation of sites and candidates. For workers this means knowing the precise georeferencing of sites, while for companies it enables the timely identification of highly qualified and available workers in the specified area.
