We deliver our services through our Consulting division, our Recruitment and Selection division, and our Learning division. In Consulting, we accompany organizations in the process, design and implementation of organizational analysis and structure design; the development of corporate philosophy: mission, vision and values; job description manuals and job evaluation; competency management; compensation and benefits; design of induction programs; performance evaluation systems; needs assessment and design of training plans; climate surveys; and manuals of policies and procedures. In Recruitment and Selection, we handle talent acquisition with the highest standards of quality and aligned to the specific requirements of the profiles; if a position is difficult to recruit and select, we take care of it. In Learning, we offer diploma programs, seminars and workshops in closed and open formats; closed experiences are tailored to the client's needs to address a specific requirement.
