Global Bridge Japan Co.,Ltd. is a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our mission is to connect people who have studied abroad, lived in other countries, and have a global mindset, what we call Global Human Resource (グローバル人材), with Japanese companies that would let them exercise their abilities to the fullest and help those companies reach the next level. To do so, we encourage and provide Global Human Resources with specialized internships arranged with partner companies. This process helps determine mutual fit between participants and companies.

We deliver our services by coordinating internships and supporting participants through the process, working with companies that share our approach to create opportunities for Global Human Resources.
