Global Career Community (GCC) — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Seattle, United States.

We focus on helping people pursue global careers by providing information on overseas employment, recruitment within foreign-affiliated companies, and related career resources.

To support our aims, we operate four programs. We provide job introductions through partnerships with global companies, offering access to full-time roles and internship opportunities. We facilitate mentor connections, enabling one-on-one conversations with professionals active across global fields. We organize corporate visit tours to major U.S. cities, including San Francisco and Seattle, to visit a range of companies from large firms to startups. We offer job-hunting courses several times a year featuring guidance from professionals who have received offers from Microsoft, Amazon, Recruit, Bloomberg, and other organizations.

We operate in Japan and the United States, with a primary presence in Seattle, United States, and an additional location in Fukuoka, Japan.
