We are Global Management Challenge Poland, a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1980 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We operate a business simulation and management competition in Poland and internationally that annually attracts hundreds of students, professionals, and managers to participate in a management competition. In Poland, it has gained recognition as an effective development and integration tool for companies across industries and sizes, with more than 320 firms involved. Its innovation and the mechanisms used give GMC broad applicability as a tool for recruiting young talents (including sponsoring student teams), developing skills, and providing managerial experience.

The simulation is conducted as a competition. In each national edition, one winner is selected who goes on to represent the country in the world finals. GMC Poland integrates gamification into its advanced training program. After each decision cycle, all participants receive financial reports with the results of the company. The competition is aimed at both the business community and students, and participants include managers, specialists, young talents, and students from higher education institutions across the country.
