We have observed in the Latin American insurance market a difficulty in human resources units to incorporate actuaries into technical teams at all levels. This difficulty is reflected in outsourcing the effort to recruitment firms; however, the time to find this group of professionals and the profile required does not always meet the need. We believe that the actuarial resource is highly specialized and requires that the selection and recruitment be specialized as well.
