Glorious Marine (Pvt) Limited is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We recruit the finest candidates and maintain an extensive database of crew who are fully compliant with international STCW regulations on ship manning and administration to fulfill the requirements of our Principals. These seafarers come from maritime schools and training centers in Sri Lanka.

We believe that our Principal’s satisfaction is the main concern of our business. Therefore we have implemented a proper recruitment and selection procedure which enables us to supply the best crew possible onboard for vessels. Before a new name is added to our database, seafarers are screened to verify qualifications and experience and cross referenced with past employers and organizations to ensure accuracy. Additionally, the seafarer’s professional attitude and behavior is assessed through personal interviews.

We provide recruitment and selection services for seafarers and supply crew onboard vessels to meet our Principals’ requirements.
