We are a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We specialize in developing people's potential through training in competencies and coaching. Our methodology is experiential and practical, generating in participants a transformative action plan.

In corporate training and coaching, we contribute to executives and mid-level managers developing leadership, emotional intelligence and social skills, and the abilities to do things differently in order to achieve better results, through an innovative and creative methodology.

Our training is experiential, delivered through experiences and group dynamics, so learning passes through each person and can be incorporated holistically. We have a team of highly qualified trainers with extensive experience in leadership roles and solid training. We deliver training in Spanish, English, and French. Training can be subsidized through the Tripartite Foundation.

We also work in education-focused contexts. We contribute to educators, guidance counselors and school leaders to develop skills that allow them to do things differently to achieve better results. Our areas include working with new tools in the classroom to strengthen collaborative learning contexts; based on the process of “learning to learn,” learners focus on improving habits of thinking rather than merely accumulating information; we aim to help people involved in the educational system reach their academic, personal or professional goals; we seek to maximize the performance of individuals; we generate spaces among the actors of the educational system (teachers, students, parents and managers) that facilitate decision-making and constructive relationships. Our specialties include Coaching for Businesses, Educational Coaching, Training for Businesses, and Talent Development. We work with educators, counselors, and school leaders to develop skills that enable them to achieve better results.

We operate in Spain and Portugal, with offices in Madrid, Bilbao and Valladolid in Spain, and Porto in Portugal.
