Gocareera is a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Yoshkar-Ola, Russia.

We help organizations find new employees in IT and digital departments, and we assist professionals with finding work. We work on a project basis from the initial request until the candidate starts work, and we provide support during the probation period. We search for candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, Facebook, Twitter, Moi Krug, VK, Codepen, Telegram, Slack, Behance, and other specialized sites. We use Boolean search and x-ray techniques in search engines such as Yandex, Google, and DuckDuckGo. We also apply several Python scripts to locate contacts and profiles of candidates. We are able to search for candidates in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, in Eastern and Western Europe, and in the United States.

We help professionals with their job search and prepare them for interviews, teaching them how to search for work independently. The process for job seekers consists of three stages: resume work, interview preparation, and the search for vacancies and outreach to employers. Resume work includes rewriting and editing the resume, preparing a cover letter, and offering online services to create a clear and appealing resume. We propose options for resume construction, and a new resume will help distinguish you from other candidates. Interview preparation includes mock interviews, where we pose questions and you provide answers, and we help prepare your self-presentation. Practice shows that two to three mock interviews help candidates feel confident before interviews with employers. Job search and outreach to employers involves teaching you skills to locate online contacts of those who hire; these individuals often remain in the shadows, and the contacts typically include the HR manager’s details.
