We are a consultancy focused on recruitment and selection of mid-level management and temporary staff, and we tailor the selection process to match the needs of the organization and of the applicant to ensure the satisfaction of both parties.

We conduct psychodiagnostic assessments, including psychotechnical tests that evaluate various aspects relevant to the selection. Neuropsychological assessment evaluates neurological and developmental aspects through the Gestalt Visomotor Tests by Lauretta Bender. Projective techniques explore deeper aspects of personality. We design coaching and training programs to train and develop the human agent in attitudinal competencies, global knowledge, and work tools, based on methodologies from neuroscience, the biology of knowing, neurofeedback, and ontological coaching.
