GPMA | ΣΔΑΔΕ is a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1978 and are headquartered in Agios Stefanos, Greece.

We are the only Association of HR Professionals in Greece, with a membership of over 650 executives. As a professional body, we represent those involved in people’s management and development, while many of the companies whose executives are members remain important international and national employer brands. The Association was founded in 1978 and has been active ever since, with PEOPLE—the main focus of HR professionals and GPMA. We collaborate with important Greek Academic Institutions related to HR trends, while maintaining strong relations with all main Public Institutional Bodies. Our vision is to promote the HR Management profession and lead in the development and promotion of good practice in the field of the management and development of people. Our mission includes exchanging best practices, creating and expanding GPMA relations with relevant associations around the world, offering constant training and development to HR professionals, and monitoring developments on issues of HR Management within companies and the external environment.

To support our members and the HR community, we deliver a program of events and activities. Since 2004, our HR FORUM represents the most important annual conference in the HR community in Greece. We organize the HR Leader Series—thought days, meetings, workshops and seminars on various HR topics—and establish activities such as the HR Clubs, HR Network, HR Meeting Point, HR Manager of the Year and HR Students’ Awards.

Our specialties include professional networking, HR conferences, HR Leader Series, career development, and performance management.

Our geographic presence is centered in Greece, and our activities reflect engagement with Greek academic institutions and public institutional bodies within the country.

We publish the 'People Matters' online newsletter and other relative papers on employment issues.
