Grant Royal

Grant Royal, we operate as a privately held staffing agency in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We began as a provider in logistics and human resources and we have expanded to include employment mediation and candidate sourcing for our partners across a broad range of sectors, including construction and hospitality, logistics, hotel industry, light industry, electronics, and transportation, and across roles from manual positions to administration and lower middle management.

We deliver services by guiding the process from candidate pre-selection to placement with partners, and by coordinating activity at the workplace. We employ language coordinators and interpreters to assist with candidate selection and placement. We maintain coordination centers in Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Poland to support pre-selection, communication with local authorities and state administration, and logistics into the Czech Republic.
