GroConstruct is a newly created Recruitment agency specializing in Civil Construction staffing solutions. My name is Rob Groves, and I am the director of the business. My career started in 2010 in the UK, this is where my love of the Civil Engineering industry, intertwined with the recruitment process. I have spent the last 14 years providing staffing solutions to small, medium, and large construction contractors, whilst accompanying thousands of individuals throughout their career journey. My approach has always been people-led, I naturally enjoy conversing with all who cross my path, as a result, my process is personal and detailed.
