GROUPE ID'EES

GROUPE ID'EES is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1985 and are headquartered in Chenove, France.

We work to support insertion into employment, using our company space to organise the human, social and professional restructuring of people in difficulties, and this activity is approved by Pôle emploi.

We are constituted as an SAS and comprise six insertion companies and forty-five insertion temporary work agencies, distributed across thirty-one departments. These entities operate in the merchant sector under the applicable law, with the same constraints, rights and duties, and the same level of production, quality and discipline as their competitors. GROUPE ID'EES brings together shareholders from private or social economy sectors and activist associations, including Adecco, SC IDEE, Evolem, REALISE, SIFA, SIPEMI, Macif Participations, Suez, BNP Paribas Asset Management, Aviva Impact Investing France and Comptoir de l'Innovation Investissement. All have joined our pact, which includes, notably, the non-remuneration of shareholders.

We offer services in the following areas: temporary insertion work; building and second oeuvre; green spaces; operation of waste sorting centers; manufacturing of carton packaging products; carpentry and layout; production of NOVIDEM carton fibre; cleaning and maintenance; industrial subcontracting; catering; collective and corporate catering; transport and moving; and general site facilities.

We operate in France, with activity across 31 departments.

Total revenue amounts to 58 million euros (consolidated accounts).
