Groupe Talents Handicap

Groupe Talents Handicap, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Cagnes-sur-Mer, France.

We offer two complementary services across the national territory: Talents Handicap online forums and Talents Handicap Formation. The online forums, active since 2012, connect employers and candidates with disabilities in a qualitative and supported manner. Talents Handicap Formation provides high-level training to form and sensitize managers, recruiters, disability referents, and all collaborators so that they are active participants in an inclusive policy within their organizations.

We deliver these services online and across the territory. Each year, the online forums are visited by more than 120,000 candidates with disabilities. They apply to exhibitors from all sectors for offers of all contract types: fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, apprenticeships, internships, or training.

Our specialties include recruitment, employment, disability, apprenticeships, disability awareness, RQTH, inclusive recruitment, diversity, CSR, workers with disabilities, Talents Handicap Formation, and Forums Talents Handicap.

Our geographic presence is national, spanning France.
