Grupo Capacítate is an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a consultancy focused on Human Development and the Development of Commercial Skills (Sales and Customer Service). We support organizations from two fronts: Group, through experiential facilitation, training, team coaching, and consultancy; and Individual, through coaching, mentoring, and systemic consulting based on three pillars according to their needs. We were born in response to the needs of organizations seeking continuous and ongoing improvement of their employees. Our staff are internationally certified in Experiential Learning and Coaching, among other disciplines, which enables us to contribute to the achievement of our clients' objectives.

Our approach combines group-based delivery and individualized support. Group offerings follow experiential facilitation, training, team coaching and consultancy to address collective development, while individual support is delivered through coaching, mentoring and systemic consulting tailored to specific needs.
