GTA Search Group Inc. is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Mississauga, Canada.

We operate as a result-based recruitment firm. We work on exclusive roles for clients we choose as carefully as they choose us. Every client, search and candidate is unique, and we pursue proactive searches to find the most suitable fit for each assignment, a practice we describe as Bull’s-Eye Recruitment that can be applied across industries.

We provide full cycle recruitment services for permanent placements across Canada for bilinguals (French/English), and across Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, Customer Service including Contact Centre Managers, CPG, IT, Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, and Management.

We interact directly with hiring managers, VPs and C-level executives of clients to define job requirements and set realistic expectations based on market conditions. We apply assessments and precision hiring through Top grading methodologies, with pre-screened and behavioral interviews on selected applicants to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
