For organizations, the platform saves time by enabling live interviews within minutes of uploading job descriptions, reducing the need to screen applications, schedule interviews, and handle ghosted candidates. It reduces the time to hire from an average of 36 days to 1 day. It enables background checks (criminal records, drivers abstracts, etc.) and skills tests (over 500 tests) on a job seeker within minutes. For job seekers, the platform eliminates 100% of the search time for finding a job by removing the need to search, tweak resumes and cover letters, and apply. It pings job seekers when a great job comes up by text, email, and/or push notifications. Job seekers can register on the platform.

We deliver our services through an AI-driven matching engine and real-time live interviews within the platform. We provide background checks (criminal records, drivers abstracts, etc.) and skills tests (over 500 tests) to support candidate evaluation. We coordinate rapid communication between employers and job seekers through notifications.
