We are H-RS360, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Monza, Italy.

We originated as an initiative within the Razional Group, which since 1973 has specialized in outsourced personnel administration services and in providing advanced technological solutions for companies. Companies constantly require new capabilities to address the increasing complexity of the current economic context. In the HR management field we have studied these topics for years, identified and classified them, and proposed strategies and tools to manage them effectively. We are the result of the constant search for added value through services and solutions that capture the benefits of standardization and economies of scale, while remaining adaptable to different business contexts. We were established with a new operating site in Milan, fully integrated with the Campomaggio Business Center in Poggibonsi, the historic site of the Razional group.
