H2 Human Services is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Court-Saint-Etienne, Belgium.

We aim to ensure that everyone can reach what is right for them through real presence, trust, and attentive listening.

To support our clients, we collaborate to fill HR needs such as recruitment of varied profiles—especially scientific, HR, and technical profiles—from the intake interview with the hiring manager to the offer negotiation and contract signing with the selected candidate. We also provide generalist, soft-skills oriented HR roles across disciplines such as selection and recruitment, development and training, performance management, HR processes and procedures, and expatriate management. We also offer coaching (evolving© coaching) to accompany the coachee toward what is right for them depending on where they are, and to lead them to a state of conscious and positive 'Being'.
