Haa Baht Inc is a privately held staffing and recruiting company, and we operate in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We address labor shortages by proactively introducing IT to improve the efficiency of current operations, recognizing that solving the problem requires more than simply relying on foreign workers. We begin by listening to the problems our clients face and then design and build an offshore team in India and a system to solve them. Offshore development costs are relatively lower than development in Japan, enabling us to deliver IT solutions for operational efficiency at a competitive price without complex subsidy processes. We connect Indian offshore teams with Japanese small and medium enterprises to support projects such as revenue-generating websites, e-commerce for overseas markets, and CRM or ERP tools.

We deliver our services by starting with a clear understanding of our clients’ challenges, then assembling an offshore team in India and designing the supporting system to address them.
