HCA is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

We are an international employment organization specialized in fulfilling vacancies in the technical sector. Our main focus is on the following segments: Maritime Industry and Offshore Oil & Gas - Wind, Civil Construction, Production, Petrochemical Industry. We have been active for more than a decade in solving personnel issues.

We arrange a large scope of qualified blue-collar staff, such as shuttering carpenters, steel fixers, welders, wind technicians, qualified offshore workers, riggers. We also recruit white-collar workers, including Superintendents, QC Managers, Engineers. We train and test the quality of our personnel in accredited test centers. When they have the right skills and experience we can offer these professionals worldwide, with all necessary PPE and tools if required. We take care of project processes, such as certification of personnel and planning and budget control. We know what it takes to realize projects. We work with a group company that brings its own experience to solving challenges, including skills in shipbuilding (repair and new).

We have several offices in Europe, with our head office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The office in Gdynia, Poland is our main centre for international recruitment. All our international recruitment takes place through our own website.
