We are Hconsultores, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Guadalajara, Mexico.

We focus on people. We are experts in programs of accompaniment for the integration of HR processes in organizations. We advise general directors in making the best decisions in human factors. We support in Head Hunter to locate the element that the organization needs to achieve its objectives, for executives, middle management, technicians, or operators.

We deliver our services through structured engagements that include accompaniment programs, executive search, workshops, HR process audits, and surveys. Our workshops are short but practical, productive, and engaging. We review policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, training, corporate policies, code of ethics, values, and competencies. We apply climate and leadership surveys, design questionnaires aligned to corporate competencies to measure potential.

We offer consulting, business advisory, training, audits of HR processes, Head Hunter, training in team integration, and design of organizational structures.
