Helpper Aps is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

We recruit within the European Union with English-speaking staff for hotels, restaurants, canteens, and catering, and we take care of administration, accommodation, training, onboarding, follow-up with the client, and wellbeing.

We operate a One Contact Service, covering all wage costs for each employee and guaranteeing pension and holiday pay, so our customers pay only the agreed price and we reduce administrative tasks. In Helpper Kitchen, we offer training for our staff before starting in the client's concepts, providing in-depth knowledge of their workflows, quality control, menu plans, and serving methods. We have 25 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry and provide a training program for chefs and bakers. All staff can speak and understand English at a basic level and have at least three years of kitchen experience. They have completed a Danish-approved hygiene course.

We operate in Denmark and recruit within the European Union.

We are a member of the temporary staffing agency agreement under Horesta Employers and 3F Privat Service, Hotel and Restaurant, which means we work under orderly conditions with a collective agreement. We provide an onboarding program tailored to each client's needs, with ongoing follow-up on the status of the cooperation, and a contact person available throughout the process.
