We are HELT MED, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We focus on including people with developmental disabilities in the ordinary labor market. We believe that having a job helps individuals feel useful, achieve independence, and belong to a community. We are committed to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to use their work abilities.

Our model is anchored in LO and developed in collaboration with four unions: FO, Fagforbundet, Fellesforbundet and Handel og Kontor. We offer HELT MED jobs to people with developmental disabilities who receive disability benefits, and we view many such individuals as an untapped resource in the workforce. With suitable accommodation and guidance, they can perform a range of tasks.

Our specialties include recruitment, work inclusion, developmental disabilities, and employment follow-up.

We operate in Norway.
