We are Heureka HR, a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We offer a broad range of solutions for companies, unions, organizations of any size, and entrepreneurs, which can be grouped into two perspectives of the world of work: Soft and Hard. From the Soft perspective, we provide recruitment and selection, psychotechnical testing and projective tests; in-company or telematic training; detection of needs and the annual training plan; organizational diagnosis; change management; performance management; career plans and replacement charts; and analysis and description of jobs. From the Hard perspective, we provide personnel administration and payroll processing; parameterization and implementation of the digital payroll book; liquidation of fourth-category income; indicators and metrics; analysis of total compensation per position; evaluation of compliance with legal and conventional requirements, and quantification of contingencies; problem solving in conflict management with legal and labor advisory. Other solutions include advisory for the startup of the HR department; analysis and review of all HR processes; detection of strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities for improvement; drafting of procedures manuals and policies; extensive experience in implementing gender policies in-company; and comprehensive advisory on workplace health and safety.
