We are Hire Profi HR Company, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.

We provide HR outsourcing, HR management, HR audit, and full-cycle recruiting, covering the entire recruiting process. We take the hiring manager’s job requisition, develop a clear job description and identify must-haves and nice-to-haves for the new hire, place listings on job boards and advertise the opening on social media, source candidates, screen candidates and prepare the hiring manager to interview them, present an offer to finalists and negotiate its details, and prepare the hire to start the job.
