We offer Enterprise RPO (ERPO), which aims at the total outsourcing of recruitment and its allied practices to a single vendor who manages the entire process. ERPO spans over two years of engagement and offers benefits such as cost savings, employer branding, vendor management, and referral management.

We offer Project RPO to address one-off requirements, large hiring on a project basis, or PAN India or niche hiring for a business unit or other specific needs. Project RPO essentially takes care of large spikes and acts as a plug-and-play model to address adhoc requirements. The essentials of Project RPO are similar to ERPO in operation but for a shorter duration and specific to the need.

Process RPO focuses on minimising the operational redundancy and improving process efficiencies in recruitment. The Process RPO offerings include POFU (Post Offer Follow Up) – manual and automated, ITO (Interview to On-boarding Process Management), and IDC (Internal Database Churn) for better utilisation of resumes.

Recruiter On Demand (ROD) provides a typical deployment of a recruiter for a stipulated timeframe. The quality of the resource is assured, and the replacement of the resource in case of any exigency is the responsibility of TeamLease. In this model, TeamLease will not take any SLAs or responsibility for the recruiter's performance as the supervision and delegation of work will be from the client's end.
