In the selection process we work with the WIS/SVP scale for assessment of professional values, developed by an international group of psychologists from 11 countries, aimed at determining the values individuals seek to fulfill in different roles. In international terms this scale has been established as a basic criterion for deciding on applicants' selection and, based on our experience as a professional agency for personnel selection, we optimize the effectiveness of European standards by combining them with flexible, innovative decisions that respond to the dynamic changes in the Bulgarian labour market.
