We are HR Concept, a self-employed HR services provider operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Mamer, Luxembourg.
We support companies in structuring, outsourcing, and evolving their HR functions.
We step in where teams need reliable, human, and immediately deployable support: HR interim management, workload relief, digitalization, coaching, or building a complete HR department from scratch.
Areas of expertise include financial services, professional service firms, and SMEs; HR ad interim management, (part-time) outsourcing; HR process design and optimization, HRIS deployment, soft skills training; HR audits and policy management, documentation, INFPC file management (Co-financing of training).
