We are HR Leadership Summit, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Genval, Belgium.

We are Belgium's annual strategic conference where assumptions about everything—from HRM strategies to operations to delivery to measurement—are questioned and new approaches are considered.

We are gradually adapting and redesigning year by year to optimally interact and deliver, and the 2022 summit will explore how to redesign work, deploy the hybrid workplace and reshape employee engagement to prepare for what’s next.
