HR Legal Services Oy is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

We are a domestic consulting firm with a focus on HR and employment law, offering comprehensive HR services from coaching to employment law and supporting organizations in both day-to-day challenges and major changes.

When you need extra hands or sparring, we respond quickly. Our interim HR service supports temporary assignments and change situations, while our consulting provides flexible HR support exactly where it is needed.

We offer HR legal services for all employment-related situations, regardless of organization size or industry. Our jurists bring more than 200 years of combined HR experience, so we understand what things look like in practice, not only in statutes. We provide interim HR and HR consulting when needed, delivering flexible HR support where it is most needed. We train leadership, line managers, HR professionals and workplaces — in Finnish and English. We also offer coaching and workplace mediation. We undertake HR development projects and assessments to help progress initiatives and improve the employee experience, strengthen culture and create a competitive advantage.
