We are HR Optimal - developing people and organizations, a self-employed operation in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden.

We provide HR support tailored to client needs and requests, and can, for example, develop a company-specific Employee Handbook or Manager Handbook. We lay the groundwork for the work environment according to the Work Environment Authority's minimum requirements, map the need for routines and policies, and cover whole or parts of the recruitment process. We can also be engaged to coordinate rehabilitation in cases of long-term sickness, address labor law questions, and support union cooperation and negotiations. We can be hired to investigate cases of abusive discrimination and harassment, drawing on training as a Certified Fact-Finder.

We deliver our services by aligning with client requirements, offering either full or partial support across HR activities, and coordinating the progression of projects in a practical, evidence-based manner.
