We are HR Quality Polska, a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Cracow, Poland.

We are a well-established HR services provider and a 100% Polish-owned company. We are guided by our values in pursuit of a stable business environment, and we believe that operating according to these values helps us build lasting relationships based on trust.

We deliver our services through our core activities, including employee leasing, outsourcing, permanent recruitment, recruitment of personnel from the East, and optimization of PFRON. We also provide HR and payroll services and accounting. We were the first Polish HR company to open an official office in India, in Chennai.

We specialize in human resources, staffing services, mass recruitment, HR solutions, temporary work, permanent recruitment, advisory services, training, consulting, HR, engineering, sales, banking, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and BPO and SSC.

We operate in Poland, Qatar, and India. We own three recruitment centers in India—in Mumbai, Chennai, and New Delhi—focusing on experienced professionals in construction, heavy duty, and IT. We also own the qdriver.eu platform specialized in recruiting drivers category C+E.
