HR&GO is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We were established with a clear purpose to democratize access to quality HR services for individuals, startups, and SMEs. We know that for many companies, managing HR—from legal aspects to benefits, culture, and people development—presents a challenge when the necessary competencies or capacity are lacking. For this reason we created a service to support startups and SMEs in managing their people, so they can focus on growing their business. We also recognize that career transitions are difficult, that not everyone occupies the roles they would like, and that salaries should reflect the work performed.
