We are HRKeep, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
We are a consultancy specializing in innovative solutions for identifying talent and the existing culture within organizations. We work around three pillars: Culture, Selection, and Values.
To study organizational culture, we measure essential but invisible aspects such as commitment, values, habits, behaviors, climate, group cohesion, motivation, and leadership, among the main ones. We understand talent identification as a process based on the cultural match with candidates. For this, we use digital tools such as Video CV, a Competency Test, and Social Networks to be fast and competent.
