About HRMC UUM
We are HRMC UUM, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Sintok, Malaysia.
Our central role is to support the Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Hons), BHRM program in enhancing graduate employability and to act as a platform for HRM students to enhance their soft skills, including critical thinking, communication, innovation and creativity, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills.
Our mission is to create a good relationship with industries, HRMC alumni and other universities (locally or internationally). Besides that, we increase the club’s effectiveness by learning how best to identify current challenges in managing HR, especially in the dynamic economic and social environment.
We operate within Malaysia.
We prepare graduates to enter the flexible career path of human resource management, whether as a human resource consultant, development planner, or manager.
